Business Terms & Conditions

DONATED ITEMS

• All donated items must be your property, or you must have permission from the owner to donate.

• Quality control checks will be carried out.

• We ask that clothes are clean, washed and folded and do not have waste, smoke or pet odours.

• We only accept textiles in a good quality, reusable condition We reserve the right to refuse poor quality, unsuitable items.

• Items in poor condition will not be accepted.

• The weight of your bag is totalled and you will be paid accordingly. We pay for every kg.

• Prices may vary depending on market prices.

• Be sure your decision is final on the items you want to sell as once we have purchased from you and you leave the shop you will not be able to claim them back.

CLAIMS & DISPUTES

• All sales are final, therefore we advise to check the amount given to you before leaving and take a receipt of transaction. No claims received afterwards will be considered.
